This appointment gives us an opportunity to meet in my office, on the phone or on Zoom. (I will assume it's in the office unless you let me know you'd prefer otherwise).
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a late fee, which is equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Thank you.
