Level One Reiki Class

Reiki Level One is the perfect starting point for anyone who wants to learn how to channel Reiki energy for personal use or to support others. In this class, you will explore how energy moves through and around the body, learn the hand positions for self-treatment and basic treatment of others, and begin to develop your sensitivity to energy flow.

The first half of the day focuses on theory. We will place Reiki in the wider context of energy health and explore how it fits into the bigger picture of healing and personal well-being. The second half of the day is devoted to hands-on practice in a supportive and encouraging environment.

You will receive your first Reiki attunement, which opens your energy channels to the Reiki flow. By the end of the day, you will be able to offer Reiki confidently to yourself, friends, and family.
